CDO.DLL & MAPI32.DLL versions

If you are on Exchange 2003 SP2 your file versions should be as follows...

CDO.DLL = 6.5.7638.2

MAPI32.DLL = 6.5.7638.1

And they should be the same versions between the BES & Exchange....

Smile BES is unable to communicate with the mailboxes.

I had the same issue not long ago. I called T-support and they had me do this. Stop all BES services. Then restart in this order.

Crashes if you don't do nightly reboots? hmmm...I do scripted monthly reboots, no crashes. My BES is very stable. BES 4.0 SP2. Windows Server 2003. It is a dedicated server. HPDL360 G2.

Do you mean Enterprise Wireless Activation? If so that is supported by version 4.0 or newer. Otherwise just install the Desktop Manager configuring it for Exchange. :smile:
