If i log into my aol account i can see some email...

If i log into my aol account i can see some email about a calander invite. but nothing appears in my blackberry. i am able to send calander invites to others from my blackberry and they receive them...

When I add contacts to my outlook on my work computer, they appear on my blackberry which is great.
I added some contacts to my blackberry and now they arent in my outlook??
