I connected my BB to my car stereo via bluetooth and now it won't let me use it

So I connected my BB to my car stereo. got home, got upstairs and my phone won't let me do anything. I can toggle, thats it. I updated all software but key pad still wont work. HELP?:oops:

I have a huge Terms and conditions spiel about RIM on my blackberry after installing the latest update. I installed updates because my keypad wasn't working. now its still not working. HELP?:oops:
