If i go into my world on the blackberry app world i have 2 icons from apps that i have deleted, they just sit there and say uninstalled, is there any way i can get rid of the icons?

Never had the pleasure of using a trackball, but i kind of imagine it as being a bit like an old skool mouse? either way, they trackpad is amazing, smooth flowing touch, love it.
