we cant send mail from one of our blackberrys, it comes back with an email subject : RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2

and lots of numbers and letters and it says...

Hope some one can help, we have some 8700g blackberries and one of them is sending this massage back, our customer keeps getting this error message sent back when he tries to send email to this...

hi does any one know why im getting "No HTTP connection is available right now (so3)" some times its a s02 or s05, its dochawk 2.0, and we do have signal when it does it...

Hi we have BB 8700g's running Dochawk 2.0 and they all run on a BES server every now and agin we get "No HTTP connection is available right now (so3)" some times its (s02) or (so5)we get the (s05)...

Hi i have a BES 3.6 and we have new blackberry's 8700g and our services are sitting at stopping any ideas why?? as we cant receive attachments and never have yould this be why ? :cry:
