Try leaving your browser set to internet browser instead of hotspot browser when on wi-fi, I never change the browsers whenever I switch from mobile network to wi-fi, and visa versa and it works...

Yes I had the same problem after switching from an 8100 to an 8120 and putting the media card from the 8100 into the 8120, which caused it to reboot over and over non-stop... I had to use a card...
