i downloaded it fine, deleted the vendor.xml file fine, and when i double clicked the loader an error came up saying loader isn't working and it just closes. any suggestions?

i don't know what you mean.. the phone rings faintly, but it says ringer off on the bottom of the screen during an incoming call
