Themebuilder is not letting me export my theme to anything other than OS 4.5 - do animated backgrounds only work in that OS?

Ok - I've got an animated theme for the 8300 curve.
Its 17 screens with a small animated area in the middle - all the screens are the correct size (320x240).

I followed the themebuilder/composer...

I've taken the animated gif into imageready, and it says that its on "loop forever" - so I'm stumped.

I made a really simple animation in 4.7 composer, and set it to loop 0 times (which should be infinite) - but it just plays the once.

Anyone know what I should be doing?
