I haave version 0.92. When I try BIS or TCP, it comes back right away and says that it can not connect. When I try BES, it says connecting, but that is as far as it gets.

I did it.

When I had WiFi on my device, I did this. In fact, I installed it, downloaded it, and synced it over WiFi before I had the BlackBerry unlocked.

I have never been successful in using a BlackBerry in Japan. I was told it was because they didn't have GSM. I havne't tried a 3G device.

If you mean control alt delete like on the 8800s to reboot, you would press and hold ALT, then press and hold the RIGHT shift key, then press DEL. It will do a reboot. When the backlight comes back...
