i was only able to obtain it by buying a bezel from a seller that was selling it with the top(lock and mute) buttons included. it was HARD TO take off without tearing.

if you look on ebay for a Bezel that includes the buttons it will be under there. i had the same issue wasted 2 flex cables....ARRGHHH but now my device works fine :)

i have 4.5 beta installed also, the issue i have been getting is random loss of all call logs and messages whether they be sms, mms or email.....dont know what causes it but im still looking into...
