I just discovered "Loader.exe". It erases all data and loads system software and JVM software, but after two tries, it couldn't reconnect to JVM.

After installing the latest 8100 4.5.0.108 OS, my friends phone is resetting itself every 10 to 11 seconds. Even when I plug in the phone to the computer, I don't have a chance to reinstall/downgrade...
