i noticed that all the files are in the c:/program files/common files/ research in motion/ RIMInternalTools-5.0.0.191 so i opened this folder... selected all the .alx files and then theres a error...

where is the FILE ??
ok once i deleted vendor.xml and opened the loader.exe where i can find the OS FILE ?????? pls help
