The missing link will be in the server software, so for BES folks it will be a install to their system. For us BIS users I hope RIM will let us use it with our BB mail.

Ok, I've testing your question and yes it will delete/show as read when I delete from the web app to the BB, but it took about 20 minutes for that to occur.
