I've tried XP through WMware on my Macbook, no joy either.

I don't know what to try next except maybe try T-mobile Tech help, but the Blackberry knowledge here in the UK is always negligible.

I can't get the update to work at all, throught the DM I get "Fatal Error" and with the standalone updater i get "Unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000001]" I've restarted umpteen million times,...
