I agree. The older Symbian OS was a bit laggy. The new Symbian 9.2 OS, along with Nokia's Series 60, 3rd edition with feature pack 3.1 ...is excellent. I have almost zero lag and it is very stable....

Down here on Wall Street...the 8800 is the clear Blackberry lust. The Pearl most think is too gimicky and too "toyish". They do not allow cameras in most companies here...so the 8300 will be a no-no....

So the first rendition of the 8300 for Cingular will just have the camera; no wi-fi or GPS. The 8800 has no camera, but GPS. I would much rather have the GPS than the camera; much more functional....
