yes, i don't recommend remove sim. i suggest remove sim was just a way to isolate and 100% sure that the ph is not using the data from the sim.

This is because mobile data service is turned off? Goto manage connections and turn it on. This should make your browser work. To make sure the phone doesn't use the 3G network instead of WIFI,...
