Outgoing Mail Misunderstanding

When I send an email from my Outlook or Yahoo account, the sent email does not appear on the Blackberry. Vice versa if I send from the Blackberry. Is this how it's supposed to work?:?

I am like roadkill on the technological superhighway. That aside, I don't even see Bluetooth in Device Manager on my Windows XP version. Secondly, I cannot figure out how to sync Outlook contacts...

Anyone able to read pdf attachments to emails? I had another model Blackberry that was able to. I think there's a setting or two that I don't have toggled properly. Any ideas?

Has anyone had trouble using the trackball to zoom? The trackball works fine on all other fronts, but it won't zoom in and out. I'm stuck on 1x. thanks.

I have the same problem. I was thinking of going to add a filter to not have these messages downloaded to my handheld because they are extremely annoying.
