I had the same problem so I called tmo and told...

I had the same problem so I called tmo and told them I thought it was the battery. They sent me a new one and the problem has disappeared.

I finally got it to work. I backed up the phone...

I finally got it to work. I backed up the phone and then restored the address book from the back up. Works fine now. Must have been a corrupted file somewhere.
