EOL means End Of Life ,

you are not RIM or RIM person , but maybe you have an idea about OS development or you have rumor to EOL of OS for Storm1

you should speak with operator which was that...

you should speak with operator which was that storm first registered to their BIS System... then you want to them to unregister the device from BIS system..
