Ring Tone problem
 

Hi All,
I'm sure there is a post on here somewhere covering this topic, but I am pressed for time and this is killing me.

I have downloaded ring tones from tuneusin.com, and they were working fine. Now I can't play ring tones in the media player, or as a ringer. I have the profile set to loud, and also have the ring volume turned all the way up. The ring tones were pretty soft when working but have now stoped working all together. The phone will vibrate twice, then nothing... If I set it to use the shipped ring tones, it works fine, just wont play the downloaded ones anymore.
Any Idea's?

While powered, pull the battery and reboot the BB. Try again.

That is the quickest on the run in a hurry pressed for time this is killing me solution I know of. And it works with 90% of the problems with a BB. I hope it fixes yours.

That worked... Awesome! do you know what causes that problem to happen? This is a new BB, only 3 days old. Again, thank you!
