Bluetooth Desktop Connectivity Service

I am trying to set up for bluetooth syncing between my 8830 and my desktop. However, on my 8830 the only services listed are headset, handsfree, and DUN. Can someone enlighten me as to how I get to Desktop Connectivity service on my phone?
