Helping mother with BB - missing contacts view by last name
 

Hello,

My mother has a BB 8707 OS 4.1.10.316. She synched with Pocktmac and some contact disappeared. This has been discussed i see in this forum. However, now when she views her contacts by last name not all the contacts appear. If she searches for last names with letter "M" for instance it will show 5 results when there are 10. Thank you for any advice.

Daniel, make sure she doesn't have a filter in place, such as business or personal.
