Connecting your Jabra 250

I have a Jabra 200..this worked 4 me hopefully it will work 4 u 2.

- Go to options menu on BB :bb: and locate Bluetooth.
- Enable Bluetooth.
- Then turn on Jabra 250 and Hold down the Multi-Function Button until you have a SOLID BLUE LIGHT on the LED on the headset. This could take up to 10 seconds and will take place after the LED has ceased to flash.
- Click add device on your BB.
- BB will search for your earpiece. 0000 is your passkey to add device (mine was).

I found these instructions on Jabra's website if u need more info.
My pin # is below, so hit me direct if u need more help...or just let me know this worked 4 u.

The phone does not accept 0000 as the password, why not?
This is probably because you have deleted the pairing on your phone. Please re-pair your headset with your phone. See steps below:
- Say ‘No’ or ‘Cancel’ if your phone asks you if you would like to connect to your headset before you have completed the pairing process.
- Please ensure that the Headset is turned OFF, i.e the blue light is not flashing.
- Hold down the Multi-Function Button until you have a SOLID BLUE LIGHT on the LED on the headset. This could take up to 10 seconds and will take place after the LED has ceased to flash.
- Please set your phone to 'Discover' or something similar in the Bluetooth section of your menu. The 2 devices should now 'find' each other. Please enter 0000 as the passkey.

Even better, hold both the multi-function button AND the volume up button until you have the solid blue light and then complete the pairing. This will give you "enhanced" features such as last number redial, hold, etc. Check out the manual at that same link for more information.

This works with both the BT200 and BT250...

If you have already paired it, you can delete the pairing in the BB and start over.

Enhanced Features is the shizzznit. Thanks EGottlieb.

Once you’re done pairing, the following new headset features will be available:

The Multiswitch is the button referred to below in all cases.

• Last number redial (when not on a call)
While the headset is on, press and hold until you hear 2 short beeps,
release immediately.
• Rejecting an incoming call (when not on a call)
When your phone rings, press and hold until you hear 2 short beeps,
release immediately.
• Call-waiting (swapping between 2 calls)
When your phone notifies you of another incoming call while you’re on a call,
press and hold until you hear 2 short beeps, release immediately.
• Putting a call on hold
While you’re on a call, press and hold until you hear 2 short beeps, release
immediately. Repeat to retrieve the call.
