Blackberry not sending mail
 

I just got a blackberry and it's being hooked up to a a BES that my company is hosting. This blackberry has hooked up to a desktop in the past and now I'm trying to change it over to the BES. I activated it on my blackberry and it was activated successfully but now when I try to send mail it has an error.

The error is as follows:
Message Status: Desktop Email program unable to submit message.

If it helps we're also using exchange server 2003 enterprise. Also, all the other users can send mail just find.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you spoken to your BES Admin?

Technically, I am the BES admin

Remove from the server and start over.

I just tried that. Its a lot slower now, and still doesn't work.
