Blackberry Insurance AND Phone screen Crack!!
 

Hello,

First I would like to say I LOVE THIS Blackberry webcite!

Well, I have a 8700c with cingular service....I bought it 4 days ago....I had it in my pocket and took it out to use and the screen looked like it was cracked ont he inside....I went to cingular and explained this.....they told me that the phone is not under my phone insurance that i pay extra for per month because the insurance company wont insure, blackberries....well, needless to say they gave me a new phone ..but said when it is looked at by techs. they might charge me for the phone!!! So I will wait and see what happens but I personally think that if you are paying all this money for a cell phone....it should not crack 1 without you dropping it which didnt happen to mine...and if u want insurance you should be able to PAY for it!!!!! love the phone anyway one of the best blackberries I have ever had!!!!

Have you paid for insurence, if you have than you may have some merit to fight them with. At the very least they should give you your money back for the insurence, but what you should try and get them to do is honor the contract they enterd with you. Good Luck
