SRP status : DISCONNECTED
 

hi,

im trying to install for first time BES express. Im using the administration service ... adding users, etc ... it seems working. Im having problems attaching devices. Reading i found that i have not activated the installation.

In administration service in the route : Servers and Components > blackberry domain > server view > besserver i see that SRP STATUS is DISCONNECTED

HOW can i resolve this ??

I have checked on my local firewall openning 3101 port and my isa alows that traffic but when i try the bbsrptest it displays connection failed.

Can you give some tips to try to resolve this ??
How can i update the srp status ? when its try to get activated ??? how can i force it to check ?
