bbm on wi-fi
 

I am trying to find out why my bbm won't work on wi-fi. It works fine in areas where there is cell service but does not work in remote areas with wi-fi but without cell service. Everybody else at work can bbm over the wi-fi.

Do other BlackBerry services work on wifi but just not BBM?

First thing to try is remove the battery for 30 seconds while the power is on. Next step if that doesn't work is to re-Send service books.
