facebook for bb and Admin Pages
 

hey guys,

decided to start my own page on the fb as an Artist but my facebook for blackberry isn't pulling down any info. does anyone know why i can't monitor my page from my blackberry?

yup. 6gbs of data. :)

and what's weird is that my regular account which i want to close works perfectly fine. but my Page account don't not work at all. And all i do is log in from one to the other and it's night and day.

Could it be that the bb app doesn't support admin pages? or does that not make any sense cause that's all i can think of.

It would make a lot of sense. The BB for FaceBook app is custom written, and will therefore only contain code/support for functions that the devs thought useful.

For example, FB games, certain group functions, certain "normal" functions (like the @ in text to tag people) don't work the same, or don't work at all.

An alternative might be to load FB via the browser. It will try and redirect you to the mobile facebook interface, but you can scroll to bottom and force it to load the "full" site.

i discovered that i have some limited interaction with my Fan Page if i have a personal account. but i don't want two accounts. i just want one. but if i have a Fan Page only, then i cannot access it from phone via bb app. this is retarded imo. for me the fb is only useful as a business not as anything else. and for this there are no tools. there's should be a blackberry facebook ProApp specifically for businesses only. maybe one day.
