contact fields dont line up

I have been needing my mac address book to sync correctly for some time. While i can get it to sync most stuff, if I have 2 addresses (home and work) it usually syncs just one of them and it mis labels phone numbers. Any suggestions?

The Mac doesn't offer full contact mapping that is compatible with BlackBerrys yet. Maybe in the future, but for now Apple has little interest in supporting anything but their iPhone.
