how can I download gmail plugin on OS 6?

I recently switched from a bold 9700 running OS 5 to a bold 9650 running OS 6. I had the gmail enhanced plug in on the 9700 and it was flawless. However when I try to download tHe plug in for OS 6 I get an error message stating incompatible.help?

Gmail plug-in works perfectly on my 9650, never had a problem installing on any over the OS5 or BB6 builds, and I've run too many to count.

Did this work for you after the OS upgrade to 6; or did you remove your ESN/PIN - wipe clean and re-register to BIS with the Gmail plugin?! I never got this to work on my carrier as well when the 9780 launched. Going to retry later this week.
