Help needed....

Pls. do help me! I don't know what to do on my Manage Connections menu when I tried to connect to wi-fi the Set Up Wi-fi Network will not work as it will just got stuck and hang. Forcing me to EXIT in that menu....What should I do?

do you have a blackberry data plan. the Blackberry requires a service book and some carrriers delete or do not include it without one.
Can you get email via the cell service?
