8320 change os for another carrier?

Hi guys got a question for you, I'm in Mexico I bought 8320 from at&t and t-mobile. The problem that I got is the next one, when I unlock the 8320 and stick the sim from TELCEL it's not allowing me to use the internet or anything related (facebook, messenger etc) So when I contac TELCEL the excuse that tell me its because I unlocked the functions or the channel capability for use the mms or the internet get lost, SO THIS IS MY QUESTION, if I wipe the 8320 from at&t or T-mobile and reload the os from telcel do you guys think that I'll able to restore this channel or to use the mms and the internet?

I hope that you can help me this is my first time in this forum, thanks.

You've been given the wrong answer.

The reason you can't use Facebook or MMS is that you need a BlackBerry Data Plan on your Telcel account. It has nothing to do with the software running on the BlackBerry.

Contact Telcel and have the BlackBerry Data Plan added to the account and you will be able to use the BlackBerry properly.
