cannot send msg when replying to email

I have the BB Storm 9550 with OS version 5.0.0.320. I used to have Curve 8320, 8900 and Tour 9630 and never get a problem with sending a reply message.

The problem is whenever I click reply on the menu button, typed my message on the body and click the menu button again to send it, there is no "send" option on the list.

Anyone experienced same problem too on your Storm 9550?

One cause of this might be that you haven't selected which email account to send the email from. This has happened to me a couple of times and the only option will be to save it as a draft until I select which account I'm 'sending as.'

You're right suicidepact. I have 3 accounts on my email and to be able to send a reply, I need to select which account to use as my reply email address. I do not use 'reply' on the menu anymore. Instead I use 'email ______ (sender)", when you scroll down the options on the menu.

I was not able to request for service books. I figured it out myself.

Thanks!

Hello
I have a 9500 and when i'm trying to send an e-mail to an adress that i don't have in the adress book the send button is disabled.
I tryied sending the service book, but nothing changed.
I have this problem after I upgraded the OS.
Do you have a solution for me?
