Did patch or .53 new OS solve the low volume mic on bluetooths?

I read several posts on Tour glitch where the bluetooth volume the other end hears is very low. Has there been any updates on this issue?? I am so frustrated having the use the speakerphone to talk. Does the new OS (.53)or perhaps a patch been released for this? HELP!
