Battery Issue

Just before bed my bold's battery life was at 85%, and when I woke up it was all red, somewhere around 5% I guess with the yellow light flashing, this happened twice. Could the battery be defective or am I doing something wrong? I was thinking that I could have left some programs open but I'm pretty sure I didn't. How could I know if the battery's the problem or am I the problem, and how can I conserve battery better? Thanks

Well you might have jus charges your battery for like 3 hours then you go drain it up they charge it again.... that kills the battery really fast or maybe the battery is defective.... i would say go back to where you brought your Bold and see you can do warranty and get a replacement battery.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

How is the signal strength in that room?
Also if you do have apps that are running that could be the cause.

Signal is very high, and how can I control if there's some apps still opened?

The same thing happened to me over the past weekend, although I had somewhere around 55-60%, and the thing was dead when I woke up in the morning. After not being able to turn it on, I realized I just had to recharge it with the power off.

It's just a hunch on my part, but I believe there are charges and then there are charges. The best ones are when the battery is depleted (or close to) and the unit is turned off.
