there are alot of different turbo type sim adapters out there anyone had any luck?

What do these turbo sims do? Speed up phone operation?

Turbo sim is actually a skinny looking sim card chip that you have to insert with your own personal sim card together to basically unlock the phone with out software unlocking the phone... It does not speed up the process of the phone by any means... A lot of pp with unlocked IPhones use
