Battery Drain Problem
 

I was using OS .190 and my battery was lasting all day without a problem. I upgraded to .215, which caused innumerable resets and also caused the battery to die several hours earlier. I then went back to .190 for two days, but the battery drain problem I experienced when I had .215 installed continued. Thus, I installed .216. I am still seeing significant battery drain.

I charge the battery fully every night. I start using BB at about 7 am. I usually still have at least 35-40% battery by 8 pm. Now, battery is empty by 4 pm. Enormous difference.

I have the following programs and settings (which are exactly the same as when I was using .290 and had no battery drain problems:
3G on
Wifi Off
Bluetooth on
Brightness:40
Backlight timeout:45 sec
auto dim and LED off,
Pocketday (Running)
Aim (Running)
Simulsas beta (Running)
Datavault (not running)
Google Maps (not running)
Beyond 411 (not running)

As I said, under .190, battery had 35-40% remaining after 13 hours. Now, under .216 it is dead by 4pm. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

there are newer os with extended battery life but this is an issue on almost all bolds
