Hey all...just upgraded from my 8100 to my 8310. Love it!! Anyone notice that the vibrate is ridiculously loud on the 8310 compared to other rim devices? Just wondering. Thanks

ok so i looked at the forum a little bit, and noticed that sometimes the antenna cover comes loose....well mine just happens to be loose....could this be the reason for the rattling? how do I fix? I've already had to exchange the phone after one day, becaue the sim card wouldn't stay in, and the battery door wouldn't lock into place...

will at&t honor a second exchange? -- i'm already planning on going to a different AT&T store, just to save face

If you are sure it's loose, they will fix it. :)

thanks man -- just went in to look at different 8310's...the two we tried rattled the same way, except the guy working there had the same model, and his didnt!!...i was furious haha.

i'm going to try a different store tomorrow and see if their batch of 8310's rattle...i also noticed the speaker is somewhat quiet...i have to keep the volume up all the way to hear the person on the other line.
