Desktop Manager & BlackBerry Enterprise
I try to use activate my BB device with BES thru the use of desktop mgr. but i encountered these 2 popup alerts. Can anybody advise and share solutions.

I had the same error message as this and the way I fixed my problem was by removing the mapi profile I created specifically for the blackberry (start | settings | control panel | mail) and then recreated a new one not to use the cached exchange mode. |
