best way to allow an assistant to view her boss's Calendar
 

So from what I understand I can only have one calendar per user and it must be the calendar associated with that user's profile.

Is there any third party software that will allow someone to view another users calendar assuming they have the permission to do so in outlook.

If you're using exchange the calendar owner can make their assistant a delegate for their calendar. (Owner, editor, viewier, etc.) All of this is done within Outlook and has nothing to do with your Blackerry or the BES server. Your exchange administrator should be able to assist with setup.
