Desktop Icons
 

I just got the 8130 Pearl. On the main screen, there are 6 icons: downloads, facebook, setup wizard, messages, call log and applications.

Since I don't need quick access to all of these, how do I go about changing which icons show up here?

in the screen where all the apps show, select the app you want to move, press the menu key until you see "move icon, hide icon, show all, and switch app," then move the app from the top row
