Notes
Why was my last post deleted?
I'm not a reseller nor a retail store.

John Clark 01-19-2008 06:20 PM

Where did you get these? It doesn't sound legit to me.

coyob 01-19-2008 06:26 PM

I've sent JSanders a Trial for a month for review.
Can we wait for his review?
All I am selling are Sims that I've purchased in bulk.

John Clark 01-19-2008 06:32 PM

I don't doubt the cards will work. I only doubt the legitimate acquisition of them. You have no history here except to come here and peddle your sim cards that nobody knows anything about.

hmm... I just recently got my blackberry curve with these post paid sims. i thought it was such a great deal that i purchased in bulk.
Just reselling some here.

You can register it with T-mobile to log online, use the services of customer service. I don't see how these are not legit, but I did not come here to defend myself. I just wanted to share...
Could I have not at least received a warning before my original post was deleted?

Could we wait for JSanders review? I believe our questions may be answered through his review, no?

NCBuckeye 01-19-2008 06:49 PM

If this is legit I am getting a tmobile account in Ohio seeing they aren't here in NC yet.

JSanders 01-19-2008 11:24 PM

I'm willing to let it sit and I will report back.

Anytime something sounds like it is too good to believe, well it is just that.

We don't allow commercial enterprise sales here, and I would hope these were not gotten through illegal means.

John Clark 01-19-2008 11:30 PM

I talked to someone from Tmobile about this and they were unfamiliar with any deals such as this. Very suspect, at the least.

coyob 01-20-2008 05:05 PM

Thank you. Jsanders, you won't be disappointed.

coyob 01-20-2008 08:39 PM

monday

sorry jsanders, i said earliest the sim would arrive would be Monday, but i forgot Monday is a holiday.

NCBuckeye 01-21-2008 03:04 PM

So this sim only works for one month? So it is basically a pre-paid plan?

You can keep the same number month to month.

rambo47 01-21-2008 08:47 PM

Pending the review by JSanders, this could be the ticket for traveling with your Blackberry and avoiding those ungodly international data charges. Color me interested.

Rolo1971 01-22-2008 04:35 PM

Sounds shady!!!
If it's too good to be true then it is!

I believe you received your sim card today. Did you get my email reply? if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

BryanHarig 01-23-2008 04:30 AM

AFAIK these SIMs were intended to be distributed when the 8320 launched for review purposes. T-Mobile would include one of these SIMs with an 8320 they give to a reviewer or corporate client.

I certinly cant speak to how these were aquired or what T-Mobile's position on reselling them is, but cards of this type do exist.

Pre-paid Blackberry????

. . . this sounds to me more like seed SIM cards, and if it is then the service and number cannot be renewed.?.?.?

JSanders 01-23-2008 04:36 AM

I have received the SIM, in the mail today. I am planning on getting it up and running tonight.
