webmail on BIS fine, work email not
This morning my work mail which I'd set up through BIS stopped working, and now nothing is received (it is fine in MS Outlook/Exchange server) but not on the BB(8700g)
I can send and receive fine on webmail and the BB device email but not on my work one. I resent service books, deleted and re-setup the address, did a restore of a previous backup, removed and replaced the battery twice what kinda things can suddenly stop only work email not getting through? (I cant send or receive from/to it) I got a couple of: $RemoveOnDelivery,SuppressSaveInSentItems>Self Ping Email - -1076911530444394068 messages in my work inbox from my webmail - might that explain it? (Should I not send from one account to another, both of which are loaded onto the BB?) Any help much appreciated Alex. |
Is it possible your BES Admin did something to not allow this type of access?
