"Update Now" missing from desktop manager
 

I'm fighting a 7290 with the freeze-up, screen-fade, Red LED solid, Error code 322, etc. going on.

I have tried the update to the latest version of Rim software named:
7290e_PBr4[1].1.0.rel314_PL 1.8.0.144_A4.1.0.292_Cingular.exe, installed it, but there is no "update now" listed. According to the RIM instructions @

it is supposed to be.

What am I missing??? :(
