Getting error : App World Web Plugin Error
 

Hello All,

Whenever I am trying to connect my BB using blackberrry appworld website

I am getting the following error:
"An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try ".

Can anyone please help me out how to disable the content protection.
