Mass Storage Mode not enabling

I recently replaced my old Bold 9700 with another Bold 9700. Ever since then, I haven't been able to enable mass storage mode with my media card. I'm running the most current desktop software on my MacBook Pro and my phone is fully updated. Reformatting and repairing hasn't done anything so far. Any ideas would be appreciated.

lienj, are you still having trouble with this?

If so, I'm assuming you double checked your settings in options. But just in case:

Next question.... Is the "new" 9700 second hand, that is, used, and may have an IT policy on it?
