Can't save MMS messages after updating OS...
 

Yesterday I updated my OS from 2.9 to 4.2.1 on my 8703e because I just had my old 8703e swapped at a service center so I had a new bb with an old OS so I went to the newest.

Now I've had this new bb for 3 weeks now and I had been receiving MMS messages but to view them I was given a web link that started out Player detection in Browser... and I would click on it and it would open up in the browser and in the browser it would say Sprint Picture Mail and a thumbnail of the pic below, I'd then click on the thumbnail and get the full size pic then I'd click my thumbwheel and choose save image.

The problem I have now after updated to 4.2.1 is I don't have the option of save image. But I can go to google.com and do an image search view the image full size and save the image, that's how I got my new background.

Any ideas of why I can't save the MMS images?

Anyone? I'm stuck here, sprints blackberry support kept repeating "blackberries can not receive MMS messages." Even though I'm telling them "I'm receiving a txt with a link that when I click the link it opens in the bb browser but I'm not given the option to save."

So ya, I'm thinking it has something to do with upgrading my OS on my BB b/c I also lost the ability to bring up the menu when ever a "text field" or a "drop down menu" is selected/hilighted, that is if I press the thumbwheel down no the menu doesn't come up.
