bold 990 won't sync to pc
 

I need help that needs to be put in the simplest way. BB bold 9900 will not sync to pc via manager. Manual indicates that all encrypted files will sync via manager except tablet.

My encrypted file has gone from hidden to a black screen on phone but has image file name underneath. Pics that are not hidden on phone that are visible still will not sync.

Have left encryption on as indicated as it is an old work phone. Doses this problem have to do with certificates? Do I need to download something else to the manager?

Pics are on the device camera, no sd card installed is this a problem?

Any help would be appreciated for this older person who soon may be in a home for the bewildered and confused.

try restart and uninstall driver

Driver???


First do a backup using desktop manager.
Then read from page 305 about how to turn on and off file encryption
