cannot reload new os ! 9650

hi

i have bold 9650 and wipe it by BBSAK if i try to reload new software

and every time o try to reload stopped any other file

and also by DM same problem

am try to install OS5 and OS6 same problem.

my system windows 7 Enterprise X64

and same problem in windows 7 pro X86

It takes along time sometimes as much as 40 minutes be patient.
