BBM will not let me add contacts, why?
 

So i gave up on at&t today, I really wanted the 9670 and switched over to sprint, now when i go to add my bbm contacts i am getting the you have entered an invalid address message, what the heck is going on, i have had these people on my bbm forever with att, anyone got any suggestions?

How did you back up your BBM contacts from your old BB?

the pin numbers were saved in my address book along with the numbers

I am sure what you pressed but it should work. Go to email settings and resend your service books.

Service books could be it. If not, give a hard reset a try. (With power on, remove battery for about 30 seconds.)

really was no fix, i just tried to add a contact and it finally decided to take without all the BS, i didn't have to do any of the above, Really got me puzzled, i honestly think it has something to do with bb 6.0
